He made a number of confident, false statements that highlighted his ignorance of construction, which was concerning. I recommend interviewing a realtor at a property where they don't stand to make a ton of profit. You will learn a lot. This man is not fighting for your listings. I requested information from Sharon Wormald (Office Manager), who has yet to respond 3 days later. The fact that their website looks 20 years old and they use Gmail accounts indicates a lack of commitment to craft. Professionals care about appearance. (Look at that headshot) Stay away if you value your time.

My 2 coldwell agents were too busy to answer my texts, calls or take me on visits. I had to use the sellers agent from coldwell to buy cause my other agent was too busy. She used her inspector & appraiser. Somehow the house appraised for way more then she herself listed it & Somehow her inspector missed that the heat/hot water didn't work! & that wasnt in the disclosure. I definitely wont ever use coldwell again. I never felt important & I feel like I got scammed by their agent i used to buy. I guess it's all about the sale not the service these days.

Bonnie is incredible! We ended up unable to secure funding for the home we were working towards, but Bonnie helped us out so much by just guiding us through the process! We'll definitely be reaching back out when we have a better financial outlook!

Bonnie has sold two homes for me and property of two other friends and we were all very happy with her energy and expertise. she has been a realitor for 34 years and really knows what she is doing.

Beware of them! THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT !!!!!!AGAIN, THEY WILL MAKE EVERY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOU IN THE DARK BY NOT GIVING YOU ENOUGH TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE THINGS YOU OBVIOUSLY NOT KNOW SO THAT THEY COULD KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!!! I WOULD NEVER DO ANY HOUSE PURCHASE OR EVEN SALE WITH THEM BECAUSE I COULD NEVER TRUST THEM.
