I moved in this summer and moved out after a week. There was new carpet but the pad wasn't replaced and began to smell horrible when the fresh paint and new carpet smell wore off. The windows were absolutely disgusting as well as all of the light fixtures. There was a huge stain in the upstairs bedroom where the carpet wasn't replaced. Managements solution was to give me a used area rug to just cover it up. You could smell urine from the nearby sewer plant. I moved out after a week and they still billed me for the entire months electric bill. They were not willing to pay any of it so I payed for someone elses electric. The manager John is very nice but that's about all the positive things I have to say about Prince West. Would not recommend.

Its spacious for the price and they allow me to have my dog here i am very satisfied

Close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Rent was well priced.
