My wife and I purchased a home in Owensville Indiana with the help of Anita and Amity Waldrop. At the time we lived in Washington State and they helped us with all the details, as we were 2500 miles away. It is certainly not easy purchasing a home long distance but with their help and professionalism it was easy! Thanks Anita and Amity, we can't thank you enough!

Anita Waldroup would not cooperate with our realtor to answer questions about a listing. She would not display courtesy of showing a listing of vacant land without our realtor present (there were family health issues preventing our realtor from being there) and would only agree to show the vacant land if our realtor referred us to her and backed out. If she was so uncooperative in simply answering questions, why would we want her as our realtor? I definitely would not feel that she had our best interests in mind. I would not recommend doing business with her at all.

David Williams is a rockstar! He guided us through both the buying and selling processes with such professionalism and knowledge. He always bent over backward to take care of us and always was available whenever we needed him. I will absolutely recommend him to any and all friends/family. I’m so thankful we had David on our side; he’s the very best.
