We have been so fortunate to have Prime Sites Real Estate take over Cottonwood Creek Apartments. They have come in and changed the whole atmosphere for the better. The changes have been big but through the whole process have worked with all of us individually to make sure our needs are being met through the remodeling process. The management team have handled everything with professionalism and class but most importantly with kindness. The changes to this complex have been huge and much needed. The progress has been so fun to watch. Thank you for turning Cottonwood Creek into a place we can all be proud to live in!

Just Enjoying living at prime sites. The living area is pretty new. Very silent to stay inside the apartment. People are nice. Didn’t have any issues with office workers. Responding immediately and fixing any issues in an appropriate time manner. Recommend.

I have lived at Gate House Rows, a Prime Sites property for over a year. I like that they maintain the grounds, our grass is green! Free of trash and dog waste. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Office staff are confidential, polite, and professional. And the apartments themselves are very pretty with fun amenities like remotes for lights in the bedrooms and light dimmers. New appliances and “hard wood” floors that are easy to keep clean and look fancy. They have options to pay online and split rent in two payments. One of my favorite things about living here is having peace; affordable, friendly neighbors and a beautiful view off my back balcony trees and trails!

I have lived in a PrimeSites residence for almost 15 years. The complex is very quiet. Management is also great. I have had absolutely no problem with maintenance issues. Things are always fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting from PrimeSites.
