Mike worked diligently with us for almost two years while we built our credit up and made the whole process as painless as possible. I could call him any time for any questions or clarification about any concerns or paperwork needed. He kept us on track and made sure to get us a loan that worked best for us. He constantly had to go back through and adjust numbers through the time working with him due to income changes, credit score changes, almost anything you can imagine. Would definitely recommend him and hope to use him again in the future.

1 star is too generous! Buying a house is super stressful and they made it 1000x worse!! We had to switch lenders because they lied and said we were pre approved when we weren’t and didn’t find out until the day of one of the deadlines! He emailed saying “this is personal to me and will fix it” well so much for that still haven’t heard from the coward and once again waiting on the same guy to transfer our FHA to the new mortgage lender, if he actually started the process who knows?! So once again we’re waiting on the most unreliable person with another deadline looming!

Buying a house can be really stressful but refinancing a house in general I feel is way worse. More questions are asked, and if you pull money from your equity, the underwriters nitpick everything about it. You are stressed from the time you start tell the time it ends. But Mike Teeter from Prime-lending made our refi so easy. He walked us through everything and made sure if we had any questions or issues that we call him anytime. He took great care in providing great customer service and also providing transparency and understanding before we signed on the dotted line. If I ever do another refinance, I’m going back to Mike Teeter at Prime-lending.
