As this year began, family circumstances lead to me deciding to enact my retirement plans a little earlier than planned, which included moving out of state. Having researched a move to Idaho for six years as part of my retirement, I became familiar with Treasure Valley Dave through several informative YouTube videos. I contacted the TVD team by email, which lead to a Zoom call/interview with Dave. The interview was focused on what I was looking for in a move to Idaho and my interests. What a great experience. Treasure valley Dave and Mareen was on top of everything. Always one step ahead. They are very knowledgeable on the area and their business. I will never use anyone else in the future, and I will direct anyone wanting to buy or sale to them. We had some problems on our selling side (we had a different realtor for oregon selling our house) Dave and Mareen were there to support us through that difficult process. They answered our questions and gave us advice because our oregon realtors were awful. They had our back through it all. I can't speak highly enough about them and how fast and thorough they are. What a pleasure it was to finally meet Treasure Valley Dave after viewing most, if not all of his Idaho videos! We took his advice and made a recent visit, enjoying "windshield" tours of the areas we were most interested in. Dave supplied coffee, a "real" map, and tips to get us started. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will make one or two more trips before we make the big move.
