Linda and the rest of the staff here are very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent agents and property managers. They know their business and they always communicate promptly and courteously. Their property management team is exceptional and they take great care of the units they manage. We would recommend Prime to anyone in need of an agent or a property manager.

Just thieves. When we started our lease the property was so horribly painted over we have to use paint thinner to clean windows, tile, and door nobs. The walls had stains and were poorly patched over. The garage was stained with oil and grime, which was never power washed, despite them charging us to power wash it after we left. The property management company did literally nothing, but tell us to communicate with the renter who spoke little English. Many service requests were never fulfilled. Appliances were never fixed and they refused to replace a busted dryer/washer you could hear from outside. They took no priority in getting us our deposit back either and once they did they had the nerve to charge us over $400 for touchups. Their job is to bleed you for money. Read the reviews before

These people are thieves!!!! They would not fix many items in the home as the tenants moved in and then charged the tenants for what they didn't repair when the family moved out. They lied and locked the tenant out of the walk thru and then made up a host of random issues!! Therr is plenty photographic evidence of the home upon signing the lease yet they charged for repairs! They did not clean the home or the yard initially. Several requests were made. The home was cleaned by the tenant! It was also cleaned thoroughly upon moving out yet they charged $300 for cleaning fees. They charged $200 to power wash a garage that was already stained. After being ripped off by them it was learned that they have been doing this to families for years!!!!! I don't understand understand how they are sti

J.Malone I would recommend this rental company to all individuals looking to get into a nice home. They are very helpful and understanding & caring to any and all situations. Customer service is tremendous and the staff are all great individuals. Thank you for everything and providing an excellent experience.

Be careful with these people. They do not keep up there properties, and do not fix issues in a proper or timely manner. You will have to fight for your deposit back. Avoid them at all costs.
