Prime at Lake Highlands

I lived at the Prime for 1 year, and it has honestly been the worst apartment I've ever rented. Please refer to the pictures about my hellish year there. When I first moved in, it wasn't clean and the bathroom door was off it's hinges. There were so many things wrong that I had to put in FOURTEEN maintenance requests within the first few days. It was late summer as well and the air conditioner didn't work. Even worse, little geckos would come into my apartment through an obvious crack in the door to escape the Texas heat. The air conditioner issue would be a months long battle which I had to finally call the City of Dallas to make sure that it was working properly. During this time, I would have to deal with OPEN HOLES in the ceiling from where maintenance was SLOWLY doing construction on

Current resident the new management team here at Prime at Lake Highlands. There’s a wonderful group of people very understanding. Very prompt on maintenance requests way better than the last management team I give them a 12 out of 10 highly recommended the manager of Hector and the assistant manager Daphne they should receive high marks on customer service I Appreciate them for all their hard work!!!

Mr Hector show a very high professionalism to me and he is very calm and knows what he is doing and understands. I’m being a resident for 4 years and this is the first time I’m getting professionalism. Hector is a good man and a good manager

The maintenance guy Ricardo is exceptional at his job. He's respectful, reliable and he fixed the problems in my apartment on schedule. Prime is lucky to have him on their team. Thanks very much Ricardo and Prime.

Slum lord at its finest. Never want to fix anything they will get mad when you move and go as far as making up charges send the bill directly to collections without notifying you. Went 2 yrs waiting for a dishwasher how about they put a brand new one the day before I moved out. I would rather be homeless before I live here. And if that ain’t enough your light bill will always be upwards of $300 for a 1 bedroom because the installation is destroyed by raccoons. The office staff will lie in your face they are nonchalant even to the point of the office manager saying she needed to hurry and past out the notices because she didn’t wanna get robbed, oh but it’s ok for anyone to live there as long as you get the money.This review is on behalf of my partner who did live there his mental anguish p
