Prime Apartments & Townhomes at White Oak

Do not move here! It gets worse by the year. I’ll give a brief rundown but it would take a week to list all my complaints. Can’t keep any workers from GM’s, regular employees to maintenance . I’m not sure why they have an emergency maintenance line because nothing that happens here is considered an emergency to them. Multiple car break ins. We’ve been told year after year they would have cameras installed never happened. Drug raids, drownings in the pool and even murders has happened recently on property and we were never notified. Half of the lights in the parking lot works so when it’s pitch dark it’s easy for anything to happen. My daughter was attacked by dogs twice due to not seeing it running towards her in the dark now my husband has to walk us out every morning. Creepy maintenance

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They will lie and steal from you so you better get EVERYTHING in writing. I had a maintenance man EXPOSE himself to me in my own home and when I reported it to management I was laughed at. They go through employees in maintenance and management faster than any place I've ever seen. If you put in a maintenance request they will take their sweet time to get to you or just straight up tell you they wont fix it. There is constantly trash all over the place that they will not clean. Theyll tell you that pest control will be coming by and they will either not show or come on a day theyre not supposed to then charge YOU for it not being done. Had multiple families cause public property damage and or aggressive dogs and never evict them. I was attacked by 3

This is the window I’ve been waiting to get fixed for the last 4 months. It was a storm today and I come home and the window pushed the window out the seal. Now my blinds are raggedy and completely messed up. I wrote this review 4 months ago I tried writing a new one I guess it won’t let me. My dish washer or sink still has not been fixed and I wrote this 4 months ago. I have 2 toddlers and to burgundy court it’s not an emergency that the ac doesn’t work. They just had ppl come out 2 weeks ago to work on a family ac unit knowing everybody’s ac didn’t work. This place is a cat fish it looks nice like somewhere you would want to be but once your in it’s like they stop caring about you as a tenant as long as they get rent they are fine. I have a family member they lives in this complex . I’ve helped communicate with maintenance & the office when needed. They’re communication and timely responses were right on & just what we needed!

I can't wait to move. As soon as it gets cold, we have no hot water and of course no heat. All the promises of fixing up all the outdated cabinets, appliances etc...was just a lie. Anything we complain about to management doesn't get taken care of, just some excuse. The always want to blame Burgundy Courts for all our problems; they gone now, plus we could get our issues resolved quicker with Burgundy. We can never use our dumpsters. My rent went up over $100, plus they added WiFi to our lease without asking did we want it. I was paying less with my own services. Nothing has gotten better since Prime took over, only worse. UPDATE....the temperature is in the 20s and we don't have any heat. We put a work order in and now it's just a waiting game.
