Prime Apartments at the Oaks

I am desperately in need to move. I am disabled in various ways. however, they want me to pay $80 for application. non refundable. I still want see other apt they have and they won't even tell me their name, or where office is,. I understand people are very hard to erk with however. just TALK to me like a person. I seriously need to move, low on$ but I NEED somewhere I feel safe. I'm on disability food stamp cut, waiting housing voucher 2 years. I need help.. not talk down to. o

Was interested in leasing an apartment. Took over 4 days to get anyone in the office to answer and then was told no dogs even though they directly say they do on applications. I’m glad I didn’t waste $50 on a non refundable application. If you have any other options take them. If this is how they treat potential renters I can’t imagine how they treat the people they already have money from.

Overall I am very pleased with my experience at the Oaks so far. Julie has been amazing with Accommodating all my needs and making sure my apartment was perfect. She’s been very pleasant and respectful I highly recommend the Oaks Apartments I love it!!

Lived here for almost two years now. Tons of plumbing problems, maintenance won't ever get done, and I have to file/threaten with escrow because there's mold damage (unsanitary) and water damage from the plumbing problems to even THINK about getting maintenance done. When confronted, they play all "buddy buddy". Can't wait to move out! Edit: After a year, something was finally fixed. The only redeemable people who work here are the maintenance people.

My mom lives there. Poor management not a quick response to maintenance. My mom has lived there since June 2017, she has had a new ceiling over the bathtub put in at least 5 times. My mom has had a new bathtub put in. People above her have had new plumbing and a new bathtub and there’s new Tenets and now her bathroom ceiling is caving in again!! The apartment manager rarely answers her phone. People will park in your assigned parking spot there’s only one assigned spot. People are loud outside at night loud booming music when they drive thru the parking lot late at night and people beep People fight and carry on in the hallway and parking lot there’s no Reinforcement poorly managed!! Wish I could add the picture would show the ceiling in the bathroom.
