This is the best management company in Orlando. I rented an apartment with them four years ago, and I recently ended the lease on that unit. However, I rented a bigger property directly with them. The process was very easy. They made my application smoother since they already knew me as a tenant and provided all the necessary support. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Primax Management was very negative. I lived in the property for only 4 months and practically used just one bedroom. Even so, they withheld part of my security deposit for alleged wall marks that I did not cause. Alissa Viegas handled my case, and I found her approach to be unfair and unprofessional. Despite providing photos and videos showing the pre-existing condition of the property, she insisted on holding me responsible for damages that were not related to my tenancy. The deductions appeared to be for normal wear and maintenance, which should be the owner’s responsibility. I strongly recommend looking into other management companies and paying attention to negative reviews. I ignored a previous warning, and unfortunately, that person was 100% right. Be careful.
