Pride Property Management

One of the worse property managers in the tristate area. They flooded me and broke my ceiling LED light. I asked them to take responsibility and replace it but they refused stating yada yada yada. No one cares. Pride property management should do the right thing and replace the broken light. Take responsibility for your actions and walk through the gates of hell with your head held high. If you're looking for a property manager in the tristate area, you should look elsewhere.

My fiance sons broke the locks on the door & mailbox without showing any proof just to keep me out of the apartment there grandmother was a share whole holder and that means nothing to pride wonder how the rest of the shareholders feel about that.

My husband called the office in Manhattan and left several messages for a rental and no call back. Their loss we found a better place.

Worst property managers ever !!!! They don’t email or call you back. They are very unprofessional.
