I am renting one of the property in Washington Township. AND AS NICE AS THE LAID OUT IS as convenient the location is unfortunately the heating and electrical is horrible. This place was built in 1969. Nothing has been upgraded concerning the insulation,electrical and windows We had holes we had to filled. We had to cover the windows because of all the cold air that was coming through as well as covering the air conditioners We had to buy Humidifiers to protect our clothing .Due to the moisture spots our clothing.We have TV fireplace to add warmth but now the one in the bedroom is cutting off the electrical in the kitchen I tried to asked for a solution I.was peaceful and was being professional as I could. Prior to signing my lease, I was informed the apartment would be cleaned thoroughly. Within my first few weeks of living here, I noticed an abundance of dust and dirt on the floor by the fridge, in the corners of the closet, on the handles of the stove, and behind the toilet. This unit WAS NOT CLEANED THOROUGHLY! During my initial move-in, I felt rushed and was not able to adequately check the unit. When I informed maintenance of the condition of the floors during my move-in, I was told the building was old and he proceeded to sign my move-in form stating everything looked good and told me to sign. I've spent numerous hours cleaning this unit to make myself feel somewhat comfortable living here for the next twelve months. However, I am unable to get all the dirt off the floors because whoe

ZERO STARS. DO NOT LIVE HERE. UNBEARABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. I live at their Grand location in NY and management purposely ignores tenants. Despite major construction making the space unlivable, they will not share any information. We’ve reached out over ten times and have been met with silence. No schedule, no updates, no notice. Just endless noise starting at 7 AM daily. Oh, let's also not forget about small things, like replacing an oven decal. Simple enough, right? Nope, won't approve it, and now the oven has been unusable for two months. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. And to the inevitable bot reply from this management team saying “please reach out directly.” We have. Many times. It's time you start doing your job and responding.

I live at their new paltz gardens location and it’s AWFUL!!!! Do NOT live here. - The pool has been completely broken and “under renovation” for the past 4 years. - The walls are paper thin - The floor boards are creaky as hell and you can hear everything above you - The apartments are WAYYYY over priced considering you’re living in a bug infested shoebox - Neighbor violations and management does nothing (ex: someone’s car alarm going off at 2am for a whole 2 hrs on a Tuesday) Everyone is moving out because it’s just not worth living here. Don’t get stuck in a lease here. Thank me later.

We’d like to understand how you’re currently valuing the company — especially in light of the debt-to-EBITDA situation. We’re interested because we think there’s a real opportunity here to improve things for the tenants, who clearly aren’t getting the quality they deserve.
