Jeff is hands-down the best appraiser I have ever worked with. He really knows his stuff when it comes to market data, trends, and everything in between. He comes from a family of appraisers, so there is a level of generational knowledge there that is unmatched. Jeff is often asked to testify in court because of his expertise, and has even created his own website to help real estate pros break down market data and track trends. I recommend him anytime someone asks for an appraiser, both to the public and to my fellow real estate brokers. Bonus - he is easy to communicate with and efficient too!!
