Do Not Apply. I was manipulated that I made enough and paid 125 dollars being fully told I would get the one bedroom unit by the end of March and this was on March 18th, 2025. The next thing I knew the woman who was the temporary manager either lost her job or just quit without telling me. I drove there March 31st concerned for no updates yet and she reassured me she’d call me back in the next two days. Fast forward to the middle of April- I have no where to live by May 1st and i’m quickly losing faith until I am able to reach Mayfair Managment who is the company who owns this place. They go through the same bs of reassuring me, saying my application needed redone a whole month later. I call every day, they ghost me again. I started over with nothing with my children & lived at Preston Trace for over 4 years which helped me a lot. However, during the duration of my stay there we never had steady leasing agents and it was very hard to contact management about things. Sadly, a month ago I moved due to a flood in my unit after normal work hours and there was a lack of communication from management. Overall this is ONLY a great place for someone who’s trying to get back on their feet.

I currently live in this apartment complex. Any time I call the office for something (during and after business hours) I can't get anyone on the phone, nor do I ever receive a call back. This has happened to me several times. I usually have to call another property also owned by Dominion to get any type of assistance. I have sent an e-mail to corporate about my complaint...you guessed it, NO RESPONSE! I have maintenance issues and can't get anything resolved. I have lived here for nearly 6 years & this is the WORST office staff. I have been promised several times over the past 6 years to get an updated apartment. The ugly white laminate tile (what you usually see in a school cafeteria) is disgusting & no matter what you do to clean it, it still looks dirty. (was that way when I moved in)

I was a resident here for nine years. 5 different companies have owned the property in that time. A few years back Dominion bought the place and forced the residents to sign an addendum stating they can raise your rent in the middle of the lease as they see fit. If we didn't sign they would not renew our lease. The increase would always be $30-$70 each time. At the beginning of the year a new company took over. I renewed my lease in May. I received a $60 increase in July for August. I was told the company wasn't having new residents sign the addendum so only the old residents got the increase. I was forced to break my lease and move. As a single mom it is difficult to pay the constant increases. I also didn't feel comfortable paying that amount for an extremely out dated apartment. The ca
