Preston Square Apartments

We met Diane a year ago. I was going to move my daughter there and then we decided to go to 12th And Renaissance well it’s been a year we are back and Diane and her staff are amazing and not just that like she has worked with us. She Welcomed us back with open arms and she made it possible for not only one daughter, but both daughters and now we’re gonna move there and possibly my mom and sister I cannot tell you how much Diane and her office staff have meant to us like I feel like I have known them my entire life if you’re looking for a place to live you definitely should come there. Diane doesn’t put up with anything, but she’s also very caring and loving, and you could tell that she really loves her job and so does her new staff I forgot her name.

The apartment is cute, the neighbors are friendly, the landscape is pretty and well maintained. Pet friendly. The laundromat is clean and cheap to use. The maintenance men are friendly and quick to respond. Most importantly is the property manager, Dianne. I'm disabled and she placed me in a unit near the office in case of emergency. She works hard and long hours. When she's not in the office, she's often outside talking to tenants. She's non judgemental and easy to talk to. Everyone I have talked to says how great she is. She is easily accessible but most importantly she's just a kind human being.

I Been living at these apartments for almost two years and Diane works hard for Preston square apartments and cares about her tenants and tries to help you rather than treating you as a inconvenience especially when it comes to apartment emergencies I turned in a ticket at 11:56 and she called me almost immediately due to a leak but it stopped leaking from the ceiling and the water was going straight into my bathroom tub so we both decided it would be fine not to worry about it at that moment and they came out the next day first thing and figured it out. I have done apartment make ready's before for over 3 years and I understand things breaks but she get things done in a timely manner and truly cares about her job! Diane deserves a raise!! Trust worthy and drug free environment,the manager is awesome I really feel at home here also we all live together it not bothered by drama from usual apartment complex just keep it real and live free

I've been living here for a while now and management is so great, they're always doing fun things for the residents, game nights and goodies for holidays and just because to show appreciation for us. The complex is very clean and the pool is great. Maintenance is always timely with fixing anything if needed. The neighbors are all friendly as well,I highly recommend moving in, come be apart of the family!
