Preston Management has made my life as a renter incredibly easy and stress free. They are very responsive and quick to complete any work order I've submitted. I even had clogged drains during Thanksgiving week and they came out over the holiday weekend to ensure my pipes were fixed. I have nothing but good things to say about Preston Management and recommend them to everyone if you are looking to rent a place.

In a timely manner, they evicted the tenant, completed the necessary repairs, and secured a new tenant for my property. Great experience renting from Preston Management.  They were very friendly and helpful to my family. Karrie is very professional and caring, she even came to the house on the first day and explained how to reach maintenance, help me with the walk through inventory form, etc. Having recently moved to the United States, we really needed and appreciated the assistance.  I’ve never seen a more caring landlord.  Preston Management is the best. We appreciate the time and respect they gave our family.

We have lived in our Irving apartment for about 9 months now and in that time, Preston Management has efficiently and effectively responded to all our maintenance requests. As an example, our A/C capacitor went out in the middle of September when it was still in the 80's and 90's and Preston Management had service personnel in the next day to fix the problem. Preston Management has done a great job attracting neighbors that are enjoyable to live near and we look forward to renewing our lease!
