Me and my wife rented a apartment at preston creek from premiere management a little less then a year ago, we where kicked out "let out of are lease agreement" when we discovered why my infant son was having such bad breathing problems and soon me and my wife to because the inside of the ventilation system was caked on every surface with black mold. At first they didn't even want to hire a professional to take a look and kept insisting on sending a member of maintenance to fix it, the maintenance told me it was because of the old faulty ventilation systems they had In the apartments would cause moisture to build up. We feared that we wouldn't be able to afford treatment if our son had gotten black mold poisoning and in a moment of weakness warned premier management that we might be pursuin

Nice place. Exterior is taken care of. It is very quiet. Always see a rental sign.
