Prestige Property Management

I had the pleasure of renting a nice townhouse in East Bay Road in North Bend through Prestige Property Management for about two and a half months, and my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The unit itself was gorgeous, spotless, and clearly well maintained. The team at Prestige was quick and organized—on the very same day of my showing, they had the lease prepared, we signed it, and I was handed the keys. Throughout my stay, they were always prompt in addressing any concerns. When I reported an issue, they immediately sent their handyman, who was not only professional but also very skilled and knowledgeable. I gave them a 1 star I'd go lower if i could. I asked for basic repairs that were admittedly caused by the homeowners grandkids, got a 30 day vacate order and Child Services called on me for my troubles. It's already available for rent, I doubt they dealt with the roaches or the mold that was existent before we moved in yet they tried to blame on us. I wouldn't trust them if I was on fire and they had the last fire extinguisher. Photos were taken the day I moved in and those are the mild ones.

I've had more than my share of landlords and property management companies in my lifetime so you've got to be something special to get me to write a review. Prestige Property Mgmt is just that, special. They've gone above and beyond for us in the last three plus years we've been their tenants. Always taking care of maintenance issues as soon as they're brought to their attention, taking special requests to the owners when asked on a timely basis and working with us to solve individual problems that have come up. I can't praise the level of professionalism enough. Prestige Property Management, you're doing an outstanding job!

Just rented with these guys and their paperwork was extensive/through but it all made sense. They seem to do a lot to protect themselves AND the renters. Any concerns I had were addressed with their professional office staff promptly. So far it's been a smooth experience and I look forward to our time renting from them. Wouldn’t even give it a star if it was an option. They sent us a 90 notice of termination of lease not even a week after they took over our building due to wanting to “remodel”. Which was done a year ago when before we moved in. And terrible people skills
