I would love a chance to get into the two bedroom we were told about but we have not heard much since then and never got the applications sent via email.

Joann helped me find a rental when I moved to coos bay and she was always extremely kind and helpful. Anytime I needed help with a repair or something with the house, she promptly set it up and it was never an issue. It was a pleasure working with Joann!

Joann and her staff are professional and hardworking. My husband and I bought a house with a rental cottage on the property. Joann has been my favorite property manager to date. I’ve rented two units through her and not only did she respond to every text and email promptly, but she also contacted the landlords immediately when I had any sort of issues with the apartment. The landlords always showed up same day or as early as the next day. Highly highly recommend!!

I will kindly edit my review and refrain from sharing the details of my experience with Ms. Hansen. If you perform an appraisal, you have an ethical obligation to do so fairly and accurately. Maybe you had poor comparables to choose from. Maybe appraising businesses isn't your specialty. But if you are going to provide "expert testimony" under oath in a court of law, your standards for professional integrity need to be a lot higher.
