Presidium Frisco Square Apartments

So far, my move-in experience has been pretty seamless. I viewed and leased my unit with Bethany, who was extremely kind, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. On move-in day, one of my keys didn’t work and we were initially given the wrong mailbox number, but both issues were resolved quickly and without hassle. Once I fully inspected the unit, I submitted several maintenance requests, and the maintenance team (Junior & Michael) were fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and addressed every concern promptly and thoroughly, without hesitation. Overall, I’m really loving the space so far. I chose Presidium Frisco Square because it’s positioned as a premium community, and I pay accordingly for the area it is in. Unfortunately, the day-to-day experience has slipped enough over my 6 months here that something needs to be done. While the trash that had been accumulating near the designated chutes for 3 days was picked up Sunday afternoon, dog waste is still sitting directly in front of one of the doors since, at least, Saturday morning (today is Monday). See pictures attached. This has happened now more than 2 times on the trash as well as pet waste inside the building in common areas—not exactly the welcome mat you want when you get home. Enjoyed my 1+ year stay here - but what stood out it was how supportive the staff was AFTER moving in. Bethany, Michael, to be specific, were great. 2 instances were notable - Once I had noticed lost my stool (wasn’t a cheap one) , and it was found and Michael brought it right back to me. The second being Michael offered to help me move my things without asking for anything back. These are the type of things that you’d care about after settling in

If you value your sanity, please stay far away from this place. It hasn’t even been 3 weeks since I’ve moved and I’ve had nothing but issues. Starting with the fact that 2 days before my move in, they discovered a leak in my apartment unit and I had to be switched over to a whole different apartment. My internet and energy and all my subscriptions had to be switched last minute. When I voiced my complaints about inconveniencing me at the last minute all I was met with was “oh well at least we found the leak before move in” Immediately following that, my keys to the apartment are not working. I’m unable to open the door in the garage and multiple other doors on property. When addressing this with staff all they did was give me an additional key. No effort made to fix mine. I toured Presidium Frisco last week, and I have to give special recognition to Tara for making the entire experience outstanding. She was incredibly thorough, patient, kind, and welcoming, truly going above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and comfortable during the tour. Tara walked me through every detail of the community as if it were already my home. She answered all my questions clearly, made accommodations without hesitation, and gave me an honest, detailed picture of what life at Presidium Frisco would be like. Because of her professionalism and warmth, this community is now #2 on my list as I prepare to make a move in October. Huge applause to Tara, leasing agents like her make all the difference.
