Presidium Casa Siena Apartments

If you are looking for a place to stay in Santa Fe, New Mexico, then this is the exact place you want to be. I checked every other apartment nearby and these were the best in value for their pricing and quality of the rooms along with its amenities. The staff here are also amazing and quick with their services to help you. In particular, Maria, the leasing manager here was very kind and helpful. If you have any questions or want to know more about the stay here, I definitely recommend you ask for Maria. She will take care of you like she did for us!

I can only speak from my own experience, and so far it’s been a positive one. I've been living here for about two months now. While I’ve been a little anxious about the pool opening, I do understand that I was given an estimated completion date and I made sure to review the construction addendum I signed with my lease. There were a couple of small hiccups in the beginning, but the Maria and office staff was helpful and got everything resolved for me. I really appreciate how accommodating they were. Maintenance guy has also been great, very responsive and quick to take care of things. My apartment is beautiful. I’m really looking forward to seeing the community once everything is fully complete.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The amenities are amazing! Extremely nice fitness center! Very elegant club room for the residents! I can’t wait for the pool to open up! 😁 Maria the leasing manager helped me through the whole process and made things super smooth. All the staff are very attentive and super welcoming! I am very happy with my decision in renting with Presidium Casa Sienna! I also like how the complex is gated off and doors are always locked. It definitely provides that extra security and makes you feel more at ease. Thank you to all the staff for making this possible for my family and I.

Overall we’ve had a pretty great experience. I’m very appreciative that they opened in phases, allowing people the opportunity to move in while construction was still underway. There’s a few things that have came with this situation that just take patience from all involved. Maria and Vanessa have that patience and reassure that even better is to come. I can tell they care about our concerns and work to make a difference and build a community. Huge plus! They are super pet friendly! We’re so excited for the dog amenities to open up! Your pups will be so spoiled!

Maria, Esmeralda, and Vanessa did an amazing job with my move in. The building amenities are amazing and I'm really excited to live here.
