Presidio Park Apartments

I am absolutely ecstatic about moving into this apartment complex! (squealed with joy seeing a washer and dryer lol) and thank you SO much Tanya for being patient, understanding and such a joy to talk to. It was a very smooth and comfortable process. I can't wait to start this new adventure in a new home with my husband!

Just signed the lease and now I'm ready to move in with my wife! Tanya has a great attitude and was a huge help along the entirety of the application process. Thank you for making things so simple.

Tonya with presidio park apartments was one of the rudest people I have heard on the phone. We do business with them (can’t say what) but wow I have never been talked to like that. Not sure if she is HOA management or what but my gosh so very rude. Needs to be replaced.

My spouse and I have been residents of this community for the past four years and have truly enjoyed living here. Recently, we reached out to Tanya with a request to transfer to a downstairs unit due to our dog’s worsening health issues. She has been having increasing difficulty with stairs, and we were concerned about her safety and comfort during bathroom trips. Tanya responded to our request quickly and with genuine compassion. Within a week, she was able to secure a ground-level unit for us, which has made a tremendous difference in reducing both our dog’s discomfort and our overall stress. We’re extremely grateful for her responsiveness and support during this transition. It made a challenging situation much more manageable.

I typically don't write reviews, however I wanted to share my experience regarding Presidio Apartments. I absolutely love it here! From the application process, viewing the apartment, Tanya has been an absolute star and continues to be attentive and friendly. The maintenance staff and landscapers keep this community to a high standard, but most of all - peaceful and respectful neighbors. A truly earned and deserved 5 star!!!!!
