Canyon Vista Apartments

Hey there! I just wanted to share with you that I've been living at Canyon Vista Apartments for the past 10 years. Angie, the general manager, has been absolutely wonderful in ensuring that we have a comfortable living experience and addressing any immediate needs we may have. The maintenance guy is always ready to lend a helping hand, and the apartments themselves are lovely and recently renovated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.

My husband and I lived at Canyon Vista Apts I believe for 2 1/2 to 3 years. We loved it there Angie the manager was amazing. Misty also was great both with wonderful personalities. Always returning are calls if for a question or maintenance issues. The maintenance person Jose great guy always there to fix what ever was needed. We would call for anything to do with our stay was always taken care of. My husband and I miss you all Thank you all at CANYON VISTA APTS 😊

Trash everywhere. Pile of furniture and old junk/mattresses, etc. on the grounds pretty much always. Pigeons and their feces everywhere. Solar panels do not work & covered in feces. A/C bill $300.00 and apartments stay warm and in some rooms too warm(hot) & uncomfortable to be in. A lot of theft here(breaking into garages, etc.). People off the street & neighborhood swimming in pool. Gated entrance just for looks 99% of the time. Other apartments elsewhere same size, A/C bill $150.00. This place is ghetto!! Staff useless.

As a former resident I can vouch for all of this Pros: .Pool .Moderatly close to schools Laundry rooms .(I use this loosely) but there is also designated parking Cons .The maintenance guy is lazy and seems inexperienced in most of the things he does there (which is probably why one of the laundry rooms almost burnted down) . stray cats everywhere . Majority of the complex STINKS like a uncleaned litter box .Parking is supposed to be designated but people will still park in your spot if your not there Don't get me wrong these are nice apartments but due to pretty much being a giant litter box for all cats in a 1 mile radius and having what seems to be a lazy inexperience maintance worker if you were looking for a apartment to stay in for a COUPLE of months then this the place but long ter

Great Place to live , i've lived here for 2 years , Manager is very nice , Apartments are Quiet and Clean, I recommend it to anyone who likes peace and quiet.
