I have lived in an apartment that was managed by Presidential Property Managers for 5 years. The company is very responsive to maintenance requests and the issue is taken care of promptly. John, Andrew, Edward and the rest of the staff are personable and understand issues. Sadly, our building has been sold so no more Presidential. They have been replaced by a management company that has ratings in the gutter. A few of us would definitely move back into a building managed by Presidential. Thank you for all you did for us. They were an excellent property management group and we would definitely rent with them again in the future. They were always responsive to our maintenance requests, they always notified us well in advance if they needed entry to the apartment, and they made our check-in/check-out a breeze. I rented an apartment in San Jose for 4 years managed by Presidential and my experience with the team has never been anything less than exceptional. I mostly corresponded with Brad during my time there, and he consistently displayed professionalism and efficiency that made every process easier. Rent was very reasonable and barely raised during my time there. When roommates moved in/out, the process was seamless. Any time we had any issues around the property, the team was responsive and fixed were made promptly. I really appreciate all their hard work and I would rent through them again in a heartbeat!

Presidential Real Estate Property Management provides the Best Service. I was not able to get into my unit and the same day they came to open the door. There was a problem with a leak and when I came back from work the (same day) the problem was fix. You guys Rock!! Thank you for taking care of your tenants.
