I had a great experience touring and applying to this apartment complex. Hussam was extremely helpful, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress free. He was also very understanding and patient, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend working with Hussam if you’re considering this community.

People don't believe it until they live there. Don't be fooled by what you see on the internet; the reviews are absolutely right. 🙏🏼 The owners of these apartments are going to lose tenants because of their negligence. The apartments are full of cockroaches, mice, and termites. The door and window frames are practically begging to be replaced 🤣. Very few people are lucky enough not to be charged for something that isn't their fault. If something breaks, even if it's a hole in the wall made by mice, they'll charge you. I wish they would fix things as quickly as they collect the exorbitant rent.

Presidential Greens is a good place to live for busy hardworking people, as well as those who like to relax and explore. The neighborhood is home to several Latin American restaurants, as well as other types. Nearby you can find a MOM’s organic grocery store, a Dollar Tree and a few other small Latin American bakeries and small grocery shops. There’s a nice laundry room available for residents, and it’s a nicely landscaped, no concrete jungle here. Almost every unit seems to have either a patio or balcony area, which is super cool and nice for growing plants and vegetables. If you rely on public transportation, this area is a goldmine. I can go to Crystal City within 10 minutes, there are many bus stops. They connect to Shirlington Station, Braddock Road & Potomac Yard Metros. Going to D

I rented an apartment at Presidential Greens in Alexandria, VA, and I am experiencing a serious issue. The building uses a key fob system for entry. About one month ago, I lost my key fob, and since then, the company responsible for issuing a replacement has no clear timeline. I reported this issue to the management office multiple times. They told me the doors would be left automatically unlocked so I could enter the building. However, every time I arrive, the doors are locked, and I am forced to wait outside. The management has not kept their promises, the problem has not been resolved, and as a tenant, I do not feel safe or valued. It is unacceptable that such a basic access issue has remained unresolved for over a month. I strongly advise anyone considering renting here to think twi
