I can’t imagine there’s a worse property manager out there. Alana is the most incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with on a professional level. Getting her to respond to texts/emails is next to impossible. The only good person they ever had was Desiree but she wised up and got out of there so now we’re stuck with Alana. Such a let down considering my own and my employees livelihood count on being able to go to work everyday. So when the 20+ year old HVAC went down and she fights us at every turn to have it fixed. Making us have to shut our business down for the day. The owners of this building should seriously consider using someone else because they definitely can’t be in a worse situation than they are now.

Great company, very professional and friendly. I have been working with Alana and Preserve Property for several years. They truly understand property management, and what it takes to make both tenant and ownership successful. Highly recommended.

Horrible do not recommend. Does not reply and tries to do things not by the book. Do not recommend at all. Has been a nightmare trying to get anything accomplished
