Preserve at Riverwalk Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost two years and my experience has been consistently positive. The professionalism and kindness from the management team truly stand out. Andrea, the Assistant Manager, is exceptional. She communicates clearly, handles concerns with fairness and efficiency, and always approaches situations with professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in running a well-managed community. That level of leadership makes a difference. The maintenance team is also prompt and efficient. Requests are handled quickly, and the work is done right the first time. That reliability gives real peace of mind. Stephanie deserves recognition as well. Moved here from TN to be with family. Living here at the Preserve at Riverwalk has just been great so far! We all enjoy the amenities like the equipment in the gym, the beautiful pool and walking around the complex too. Our apartment has been made over so it's just like new with clean fresh appliances, fresh paint and new flooring. If something should go wrong or break, we have an excellent maintenance team. The view from our balcony faces east and we have a great sunrise most mornings and even a few nights of space rocket launches from the Cape to watch. Just down from here you can watch the river and go to the Riverwalk. Finding something to do and friendly people is easy here at the Preserve.

My friend and I came here for a tour as we are looking for a place. This complex is very beautiful, modern and it has a lot! We had the pleasure to have Jules show us around and she is just incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and truly amazing at what she does. She made the entire experience enjoyable, informative, and memorable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work—she was just GREAT!

This has to be the worst apartment complex to live in. I lived there for 2 years and the amount of mangers and employees that came in and out was ridiculous. Both years I was sent my lease renewal 30 days prior to my lease expiring. When I decided to not resign because my renewal rate was $600 more than a new resident, I tried to speak to management several times about it and was never reached back out too. When I decided I no longer want to live there due to that I was charged a full months rent for not giving a 60 day notice when I was not even offered a lease renewal until 30 days before my lease ended. I was told due to that issue and no one ever getting back to me that fee would be taken off of my move out statement and it was not. I went all the way up to corporate and no one would r

I would have gladly signed a lease to live here. Their website advertised 2 months of free rent so I sent an email to inquire. I was told they couldn't tell me anything about the promotion, but wanted me to take a tour. I am very confused. There's a promo or there isn't a promo? What security clearance do I need to gain access to the promo details?
