Preserve at Ridgeville Apartments

Tiffany was very informative and answered all of my questions. The place is beautiful and I really would like to rent the 2 bedroom she showed me. I do think the requirement of 3x your monthly rent is high. At 2 or 2.5 times would be great. I am retired and living on my pension and social security and don't quite meet the 3x requirement which will probably keep me from renting the apartment I love.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The office staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything I need. The community stays clean and safe, and maintenance responds fast. Definitely recommend these apartments!

I love how they left a note letting me where they sprayed. I also love how fast the staff comes whether it's a maintenance call or just need some assistance. I have never experience the type of service anywhere that I have from Preserve at Ridgeville. The staff is amazing and they are like Bill Green, one call that's all. I love it here! The service is impeccable, as ALWAYS!

Had a small leak underneath the sink from the drain. Put a work order in the next day. He had it fixed and resolved. Maintenance crew did an outstanding job. That’s how I call customer service.
