only giving one star to rate but if i could i would give no stars!! purchased a home here and closed on february 28th of 2025, two months after closing my a/c started pulling a lot of humidity into my home, maggots coming out of the sink because they hooked my dishwasher and garbage disposal up wrong and it wasn’t working properly, leaks in the yard, leaks in my ductwork and surface mold and mold in my ceiling, and as of now 5 months later i still have a hole in my garage, a lot of lies and gas lighting !!! STAY AWAY & spend your hard earned money somewhere with a builder who puts their clients first! i haven’t been in my home a year and have had multiple issues, and the major issue still isn’t resolved. Builder manager told my realtor it’s getting cold so maybe it’ll “fix itself” ! BEWAR

This looks like a custom home builder built it. Absolutely beautiful home. Sarah and Savannah are friendly and very knowledgeable. If you’re considering buying a new home, this is it! I’ve been to many model homes and this one is by and far the best one in terms of price and quality.
