I have lived here since the opening in June of 20222. The rent is constantly being increased. Even before I moved in it was increased by Over $120. I was not informed until I came up here after waiting seven months to move in. Thi is the third Property manager that has been in charge. The second property manager was a mess. She treated some Tennants like we were low class individuals. She made up her own rules. She raised my rent $210 in August of 2025. Even though the lease I singed was for $210 less. This is a government funded facility. My floor has only been vacuumed properly once in the 3.5 years I have been here. The hallway is heavily trafficked daily by dogs & humans. The person that they hired does not vacuum the carpet. First it was an elder lady then a young man . Both of them N

An FYI, The timing of this request just so happens to be during a non-stop fire alarm... So I'm not exactly very happy! If there's ONE THING that I wish could be changed/improved it would be the fire alarm system! My 4 year residency @ Preserve at Peachtree Shoals has been wonderful! I'm an original resident; I'm the only person to have ever lived in my apartment. Both the management & maintenance staff are very kind & responsive. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the fire alarms (once they start going off you can expect them to CONTINUOUSLY & REPETITIVELY go off for AT LEAST 30 MINUTES! Additionally, the infamous gas grills was a major pain & it took over 3 years to get them working! Now, as for rent... My understanding is that we must earn 3X the monthly rent to live her

I want to start by saying that I would give six stars to this place if I could. My grandmother brags almost daily about the comfort and convenience she’s found since moving into her apartment at Preserve at Peachtree Shoals. From the helpful and friendly staff, to her spacious unit, and the overall conditions of the property itself, my grandmother couldn’t be happier with her choice in a home. With that being said, I just had to share a quick thank you to Peachtree Shoals for creating a beautiful place of peace and community for my favorite girl:). Thx

The Preserve at Peachtree Shoals is great. I've lived here since July 2002 when it opened. Except for a few minor issues and misunderstandings It has been an excellent place to live. It is very quiet. Shopping and services are very convenient. The neighbors are very respectful and friendly. And the management is very responsive. The only thing I have an issue with is that it isn't handicapped friendly. There are 8 handicapped units all the other units are not designed for the handicapped. Two years ago I had a fall that landed me in a wheelchair. It is very difficult for me to navigate around my apartment. I have expressed a desire to move into a handicapped apartment, but none has been available. The option is moving to another property. I like it here and I hate moving so I wil

Last week was my husband and I one year anniversary move here and we've enjoyed our stay thus far. Staff has treated us kind and they keep the grounds nice the best way they can. Only complaint I'm noticing is some people with pets are nasty. I have a dog as well but I will clean up after her. Third staircase (the end towards the dog park) smells horrible. Somebody lets their dog piss right at the bottom every single day on purpose because you can see the wet fresh rings on top of the old ones and this dog knows exactly where to go at. Clean up person tries to spray and cleans up but whomever it is, keeps letting their dog use that spot. I usually don't complain much but I had to on this because it's getting worse. This place is nice but this is making it look & smell like a slum.
