I've been here for 12 years. When you live here, it's what you make it. But the dead roach in my microwave window is freaking me out!

I have been here almost 8 years. The staff is very friendly and professional. They work hard to maintain the grounds and apartments. Unfortunately there are less than desirable people that like to litter without any regard. Fortunately we have a staff that is always on top of things. Working hard to clean up after those people. Every afternoon the staff rides around cleaning up after litterbugs. Whenever I have had an issue inside my apartment they communicate well with me and resolve it quickly. Pest control is a huge benefit that they provide. I have never seen any unwanted insects. The current management and staff are very squared away. Outstanding !!!

As of late my experience with this place has been awful. I've always paid my rent no matter what. I've never caused any problems with anyone. But the way this place is "managed" is an absolute joke. I have a number of things wrong with my apartment and when I call to put in a "work out" it never gets fixed. My dishwashers been broken for well over a year now. One of the main kitchen lights has been broken just as long. And now my AC went out a WEEK ago. And nothing has been done. It's upwards of 90° and they don't care. This is a money stealing place. It's awful and I feel ashamed of wasting my money on living here. **UPDATE** If i could rate them any lower than 1 star I would. This place is ran by scumbags and drug heads. I have to share my terrible experience that I had with the manager and the assistant manager of the Vero Beach office they were rude and disrespectful I do not recommend this location for anybody because that treatment that they gave my mother-in-law was unacceptable. Please do not let your elders go in that office without someone that could speak up for them or they will be taken advantage of they need to replace those girls in that office shame on them. And I never write bad reviews. Check it out

Gosh I'd love one of these apartments... I'd love every square foot of it & be the best tennant! I wonder what it takes to reside here. A friend of mine has a 2 bedroom 1 bath... But it's perfect... I'm going to look into it for my elementary school aged son, fiance & myself!
