Preserve at Chatham Parkway

The place has gotten better over the last year. Having a steady maintenance man has always been an issue! I'm proud that management is steady but they need to be a little more proactive with tenants.

Great community. Diana was super helpful and kind in our home search! We can’t wait to move in.

Very nice. Quiet mneighborhood. Only complaint is trash is far for me as I am handicapped. Enjoy living here

Would give 0 stars if I could!! When I first moved in everything was so beautiful and nice when LaTasha was property manager. Ever since she's left everything has went down tremendously! All management afterwards sucked!! The property looks horrible now! Maintenance is trash especially the 1 older black guy there now!! He's very messy and a come in your apartment and talk trash about you to your neighbors and anybody else he can!! Very unprofessional!!! He be in the mix with the residents!!! I moved out just to find out that mold had been in my house for the longest but "they do inspections" but didn't see that my wall and floor was caving in from the mold that was so bad! The new guy that's the property manager now is rudeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! He hung up in my face twice because I was upset try

Apartments were clean and well managed when prior management was here in 2019. Since then its horrible. The place has trash all over ground, overfilled dumpsters, trash compactor stay full, and the kids are running loose most of the day! The 5000 building smells horrible! The trash smell and dirty walls look like we are in a New York housing project in 1986. Its crazy.
