Id love for you to buy these houses, but honestly can not recommend this builder at all. Terrible craftsmanship around the entire house. My neighbors yard drains directly into mine. This has cause a 2ft deep rut spanning 20+ feet down the MASSIVE slope of my backyard. It's been barley 9 months and it's bad.
