Don’t buy house in this Preservation Pointe Neighborhood! because no one take care of this community. Lots of people always parking in their cars on the street day and night. They leave theirs garages empty, and there’s driveway free empty . But only parked their cars on the street to block traffic all the times. Why? Because no any Authority or somebody have been taken care of this issues over 3 years. There is no rules, there’s no parking sigh. Nothing! that is why these rude neighbors parked there’s cars wherever they want. You will know after moved in. Regretted so bad to purchased house in here named “Preservation Pointe Davenport FL” !

Courtney has been by our side through every step of our home buying process…educating us, advocating for us, and and keeping us informed of all details; big and small. She’s made this process go so smoothly for us we truly appreciate her time and all her hard work. Matt on the construction team answered all of our structural questions, as first time home buyers in a new build and taught us how to best take care of our home. Our landsea team really made this process fly by and made us feel valued/respected as customers.

I first and foremost want to say that if it wasn't for Courtney I would have second guessed this purchased. I truly love my home, my neighbors are amazing, but we have had a few hiccups along the way. Courtney has been from the VERY BEGINNING THEE ABSOLUTE BEST. She has assisted and advocated for us more than most. We have been in our home for about 3 months and we are still having some minor issues that need to be rectified. It is no fault of Courtney's as she has been advocating, emailing, and texting on our behalf but this has grown quite tiresome and annoying. I love Perservation Pointe beautiful community, great neighbors, for the most (mainly Courtney) great customer service.

Completed the construction on time as per the agreement. Fast response for minor issues after the purchase. Purchase price they offered was great. I recommend this company if anyone wants to buy a home.
