Premium Title and Escrow delivers. I had the pleasure of being assisted through the purchase of my property by Tara Cestero. The entire process moved along like a well oiled machine. Her efforts made closing a breeze and with a few swipes of the pen we were done. They were professionals all the way and I would recommend them to any investor looking for great service from start to closing.

As a Realtor that used them, and strayed away from using First American and Title… I wish I never did. This closing had to be the most disorganized and frustrating experience I’ve ever had, and with the sale of my own personal home at that. Title Agents shouldn’t be Title Agents if they can’t effectively keep track of legally binding information that’s right in front of them. The ALTA & closing statement was delivered untimely. Just, far from a good experience

Everyone was very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout both transactions. It was a positive experience both times. Great team that I would certainly use again, and highly recommend.

I have invested in real estate in the DMV for the past 20 years and have worked with numerous title companies in the area. Premium Title & Escrow, LLC has been the worst title company that I have worked with. I understand that not all transactions can go seamlessly, but their incompetency, lack of communication and disorganization was evident through every step of the process of a real estate transaction. Their mistakes included errors with the title, tax, and parcel recordings. On top of that, they provided very poor customer service and have no accountability from top down. I would not recommend using Premium Title & Escrow, LLC for any real estate transactions.
