The worst experience ever with Cindy Lam Co Pfeifer. She is not a competent realtor who can structure and hold together a real estate transaction. We accepted an offer from her buyers almost 40 days ago and was due to close next week. In turn, there's an elderly woman counting on us to purchase her home. Now none of this is going to happen. Her buyers were pre-approved and now they do not qualify for the loan and lost their lender. Cindy seemed to think it's okay to wait to the last minute to tell us. Cindy told our lender who was trying to restructure the loan to save the deal, she had no interest in doing this. I can't even begin to understand how she could say this. Open communication is a must in any real estate transaction and this did not happen.

Erika Kriebel is an amazing realtor!! My house just closed today!! Yay!! When my house wasn’t selling she offered some good advice on how to give it more appeal on a budget. Our house was older and definitely needed some upgrades but she never gave an air of judgement. When we got an offer, the appraiser asked for some things to be done to our ADU in order to sell. I was In Mexico, so Erika made the calls to some contractors she knew. She got a couple bids and was a real rockstar to coordinate it all! She is sweet, communicative, goes above and beyond! We highly recommend Erika to buy or sell your home. Thank you again Erika!! You made what could have been way more painful, go pretty smooth considering the hiccups we had.

Lyndsey Lord is such a caring and personable realtor. She was my daughters agent in Oregon and impressed us both. While I was looking in Washington she totally spent her time helping me until I was lined up with an agent in my area she knew would take good care of me. Thank you for all your help Lyndsey! I closed yesterday :)

Tried gathering some information for my grandpas whose currently homeless on who owned her mobile home parks property prior to this company taking over. The lady who answered the phone did not give me her name and was very rude and unprofessional and ended up hanging up the phone.
