I received a somewhat odd call from Karen at Premier Plus Realty who was inquiring about a house for sale. I explained to her that it was a limited representation by the agent but that I was glad to speak to her about coordinating with the buyers she said she was representing. This was explained several times but she did not seem to register it and at some point just hung up. It was an odd interaction and It seemed to me that she may have been calling simply because she thought it was a for sale by owner and she wanted to represent us.
