If you are buying or selling a home in Charlotte county, FL, please use this company. They are the absolute best. The day before our closing, we tried to get our funds wired from our bank, and no matter how many different ways we tried, it would not work. We called our bank in Pittsburgh only to find that we had to be in a local branch in Pittsburgh to do the transfer. This was not how it was explained to us when we went there in person to ask how to handle the wire transfer. We were told that it is all done online. Luckily, Patrick, the owner of Premier, was there, and he handled everything. I was having a meltdown, believing that we might lose our dream home. He fixed everything, and he is our home hero. Just had a closing with Jacob today and it went beautiful. From start to finish, Jacob handled everything we needed with promptness, professionalism and kindnes. Highly recommend this office (I am a 22 years in the mortgage industry). Our next title order is going to Jacob!

They tried to pressure me into signing over a title. When I asked questions they steamrolled me. When I expressed concerns about tax ramifications they called it gibberish and put me on the clock. I told them I had a disability they continued to pressure me. They got what they wanted (I signed the title) but I found their process questionable. I never knew the outcome. So I am reaching out to the pva, bar and irs not because I am necessarily correct legally. I was forced to making a decision under duress and threat of legal action by an external party. They never told me I had the option not to sign over the title. Beware

This place rocks! We invest in rental properties and always use them. We actually pay for title when making an offer on a property so we can ensure we get to pick the place. They have great customer service and always do a great job on our closings.
