Very happy to have them as our HOA management company. They keep our financials on track, and help ensure some consistency from one Board of volunteers to the next. They were supportive and helpful to me when I did my time on the Board as well.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I have put in a request back in March and never heard back from them. I called in June to follow-up and they made it seem like they were going to prioritize my request, however, that was not the case. Now it is August and my request has yet to be acknowledged. I have called multiple times and they never answer. I leave a voice message and they do not return my call. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone!

$150 for HOA, and honestly it’s for nothing. The little front yard maintenance that gets half done and trash isn’t worth it. I pulled my own weeds out front and cleared my own gutter drain of backed up leaves. The people who supposedly do lawn maintenance never properly cleans up after themselves. I’ve already emailed before about them being cognizant of people’s cars when around them. It took about 2 weeks to get my garbage can delivered, they never even told me garbage and the can was included in HOA, Waste Management let me know because I was about to set up service. These people didn’t even know who handled mail and mailboxes... The gate works half of the time and they have no 24/7 maintenance number for it. It’s really a rip off.

Please!! Please!!! Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will never get anything fixed. You will never get a phone call returned. They have been our (Live Oak Plantation Richmond Hill GA) management company for two years and I have not seen not one of them. You will consistently be told they cant talk to you if you have a complaint especially if you sound like you know what you are talking about then they will swear you have a lawyer. Unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I wish they had minus stars so I can give them about 10 of them.

This company managed our hoa. They blamed every issue on the fact that they took on too many communities at once. They refused to respond to emails and calls. Then-- they quit because they got too many calls and emails after giving every excuse in the book to make us feel sympathetic. They are extremely unprofessional and cannot manage a large and growing community.
