I’ve been a tenant of Brenda’s for almost 3 years now. I can easily day she is by far the best landlord I have ever had. Brenda is extremely sweet, over giving, never gives me a hard time, always looks out for me, has a very well-versed breadth of knowledge of the industry, and is very responsive. With her incredibly busy schedule, from running her business to at times looking after foster children, it really amazes me how much she caters to my every need and makes my living experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Brenda’s husband Rick is also amazing. He’s an excellent handyman and a great guy to talk to. Together they make an impeccable team. I am blessed and everyday thankful to have met them and had the opportunity to rent from them. Highly recommend!

Two days before Christmas, my wife and I closed on our first home. We did our final walkthrough the day before closing and our realtor went to hand us our keys. Brenda, the seller’s realtor, was watching us like a hawk and immediately stopped him and said “no, you can’t give them their keys”. Our realtor was caught off guard and said he normally gives over keys during final walkthrough, but she said we needed to attend our closing meeting first, then she would drive over the keys to us when we get back to our home. She lives in the neighborhood so she’d be able to come right over whenever. Annoying, but fair enough. We sat down with our lawyer, signed all of the closing papers, and were given our home’s deed. Premier does not even deserve one star because this realtor Brenda B advertised a home and when it came time to close she never showed up. She never told me that the owner had not moved out of the house, and I was forced to find another place to live. Also she kept my $1000 deposit and will not return it even though I took her to court and won. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER if you don't want trouble.

Brenda went above and beyond for this sale. She had clear communication, was super responsive, and always had our best interest in mind. Thank you so much, Brenda! I look forward to working with you more in the future.
