James Place and New Liberty Apartments

Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The property manager Kathie and the maintenance team are friendly and always incredibly helpful! Had issues with certain parts of the apartment, called the office and they were quick to help and solve the problems right away! Always felt like a priority. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to call home.

Kathy in the office is a pleasure to work with. She is my first land lord ever and has been very helpful in making my transition to living in my own apartment. Overall the apartments are nice and the staff here make every effort to ensure repairs and issues are handled immediately or as soon as possible.Overall, I am very happy with my decision to move into Liberty Place Apartments:)

Kathie helped me and a friend get an apartment and made the process extremely smooth and easy. She gave us so many details about the space and the other tenants living in the area. She has a great connection with everyone living at the complex and is quick to solve any issues that may be brought up. I was impressed with how kind she was with us and setting us up with a nice place to stay.

Kathie the complex manager for James Place, New Liberty and Porter Manor is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I was able to leave her messages when she was out of the office and she got back with me promptly, as my wife and I were looking for a bigger apartment relatively quickly. Kathie made it all happen very quick! Before we knew it, we were writing the deposit and signing the lease after maintenance was all done fixing it up within a couple week time frame from putting the deposit down to reserve the apartment at Porter Manor. Very nice place to live, very clean and Kathie made all of our anxieties with moving disappear!

The property manager Kathie Merckel was very nice and understanding. She’s also very encouraging and supportive no matter the circumstances. She’s also very informative and clear cut. A very lovely lady. I can’t wait to rent soon.
