Well, I did not know that in every apartment unit is expected to not get your deposit back, out of 680 we got 87... This is a joke because I called Sarah to ask her regarding the cleaning she said cleaning warrantes to get your deposit back, I spent a whole weekend cleaning the apartment, fridge,oven, windows, bathroom, floors and vacuumed the whole thing. I wish I had taken pictures of when we got to the apartment vs how we left it it may have been cleaner when we left than how we received it. Just be aware whatever deposit they ask for you won't see it again so you may as well don't even bother cleaning when you leave.

Pamela Jacobsen has no idea how to drive. She cuts out in front of me while not looking to her left. Out of a fit of rage, she flies past us flipping us off like if she didn't almost cause an accident. We know who Pamela is because we've gone through Premier Real Estate, along with watching Pamela drive into premier parking lot. Due to Pamela's actions, I decided to also comment on my experience being helped by Sarah Taggart, also, a poor person to go through because of beyond poor communication, lack of buyer interest, and zero interest for the customer besides her own paycheck.

Jami has been our property manager for 10 years and she has been such a reliable manager that we didn't have to worry about anything even we are not in state. Her expertise and professionalism is our peace in mind. This year we decide to sell the property and she helped us through the whole process. The whole transaction went so easy and smooth, part of it is because she has been managing the property so well through these years that there wasn't any repair needed when we sell the house, the other part is that she has taken care of all aspects and all we did was signing some documents online and we had a great experience working with her. I would recommend her to anyone else who needs property manager or realtor.

As another agent, I really appreciated working with Kelly. She had great communication, providing timely updates. She was professional, kind, you could tell really enjoy what she does. I highly recommend working with Kelly!

It was great working with Kelly! She made the home-buying experience easy. I bought a new construction home and she was able to work with the builder to get some additional items put in the house. Kelly helped expedite the closing date so I could move in quicker. She also helped get me in contact with various companies for lawn work, mowing, snow removal, etc. which is helpful coming from an apartment and not worrying about those sort of things before. Overall, a wonderful experience!
