Plum Villa Apartments

I have an great experience living in plum villa apartment. A great location and a clean unit with all the facilities and a peacefull environment. Talking about more the management was responsive and maintenance was handled quickly so, if there is anyone looking for the apartment in vermillion than highly recommended.

Its a very nice apartment to stay. And the maintenance is really good. The community is under surveillance 24/7 which feels very safe to stay. Overall it was a really nice apartment with centralized AC and a beautiful balcony for every home.

Applied for a house with ample provable income. In the last 12 months coming out of a relationship with mutual debts. Personally paid off $20,000 in open accounts in that 12 month span. Their "credit check" consists of a soft pull with no details of joint accounts, pay offs, or positive trade lines. While trying to explain those things to Norma she couldn't answer questions, talked over me and was generally just an empty vessel. All the negative reviews are easily justified. Glad I dodged a bullet here, based on research the property owners are rude slum lords.

None of my maintenance requests were ever followed through with. I went the entire year without a properly functioning lock on my door. The bathtub had a huge hole patched with caulk and they claimed to have professional cleaning done before I moved in but it was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the carpet and dead bugs everywhere. Additionally, they will take out the majority of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the place. Location was good but I never felt safe or valued as a tenant.

Spent a little time in and at and around this complex. Had a relative that lived here a couple years. Not to bad of a place. Parking was good. We always came and parked in the back. There are full car sized storage spaces available to rent. This place is clean.
