Very unprofessional.. would not recommend. We worked with Charlotte Mask on a rental home. We submitted our application the day after viewing, and was told it would only take 3-4 days to process and that nobody else had shown interest in the house. Didn't hear anything for a week so I called and Charlotte told me she was just busy and hadn't looked at our application yet. Another week passes, I call, Charlotte says some other people are looking at it too so she's "unsure" of what to do and would call me back. Another week passes, I call, Charlotte says "it's just not going to work." When I asked if our application had been declined, she couldn't give a yes or no answer. I feel as if we were cheated out of the house even though it seemed we were the first to submit an application.

Highly recommended. April Keegan provided better customer service than any agent I've worked with in more than five residential purchases/sales. My wife and I worked with April Keegan at Premiere to purchase a house after several other realtors did not return calls. We were made to feel like outsiders, even though we have been living in the community for many years. April was patient and attentive through a long, difficult closing.

I contacted a listing age to show a property. He would not show it. If you want a listing agent who actually wants to sell your property, list with another company. I have worked with multiple and would not recommend this one.

Very unprofessional worked with Charlotte couldn't even read an email correctly never kept up with my file or the paperwork strung me along for months just to say 3 days before I was suppose to move it that it "just isn't going to work" even though everything was ready to go called and left a message for the manager and never got a return call just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
