DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It has been over a month since I have moved out. And I still have not received my deposit back. I accidentally paid an extra month of rent and they used that amount to be put into repair that didn’t need to be done to the unit. They also charged me for the last month of water when I had been living there for years and never paid for a water bill once while living there. They have told me multiple times they would get me my money and have ignored all my calls, emails and texts. They took more than a month to respond to my maintenance requests constantly. I would not recommend living here to my worst enemy.

As it was the first time renting my home, I was skeptical on finding a good property manager. I’ve been with Premier, for a year now and I’m very satisfied with my experience thus far with Jose. His rates are competitive, he handles maintenance issues in a timely manner with little problems, he finds quality tenants that are a good fit for your home, and he has really helped make my first experience feel stress-free. If I had additional properties, I wouldn’t look elsewhere, this is the guy you can count on. Would recommend to friends and family as well.

Submitted an application. Took more than 5 days and multiple texts to get a response for something that takes 5 minutes to do. Said I would get a partial refund, due to not getting apartment. Been waiting over a month and countless messages with no response. Thank god I didn’t get the apartment. I can only imagine how the tenants are treated. Horrible communication. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

PEA has been an incredible partner in my journey into real estate. I highly recommend Mr. Quintana. I could never have had the success that I've had without him.

Jose and his team at Premier have always been on top of maintenance, making sure to answer any questions in a timely manner and going through all of the paperwork and renting process quickly. They are always there when I have questions or need help.
