Premier Custom Builders It has been 2 and a half years since we started the building process but I wanted to be able to complete a review from start to first walk through after one year. We moved pretty much on schedule of course there will always be minor delays, especially on a custom home. We highly recommend Premier Custom Builders for your custom home, and when I say custom that is exactly down to every piece of hardware and detail imaginable from ground up to the interior. We had interviewed 3 custom builders and after our visit with Brad and his staff they were as genuine as could be! Brad from Premier was recommended to us by a close friend, for whom he had done some reno work. Speaking to him on the phone, he was friendly and courteous, and we scheduled an appointment for him to look at our kitchen and bathroom, which we want to renovate. 20 minutes after our meeting was supposed to begin, I called to see if something had happened, or if he was having trouble finding our home, and left a message to that effect. That was 5 days ago, and I still have yet to hear back from Brad. I missed 3 hours of work waiting for an appointment that never showed or called (at a time selected by him, I might add). We have had other contractors tell us that our job was too small to be worth their while, so maybe Brad felt the same, but failing to let us know and choosing to ghost us

Our family was referred to Brad Camposo and after interviewing a few different builders in the area, choose to trust Brad and the team at Premier to build our home. It was the right decision. We really loved his approach to the whole process and enjoyed all of the staff at Premier, especially Mary (designer) and Kevin (architect). Premier built us a high quality, beautiful, custom home and anytime we have questions or concerns after the build, they are very responsive and always find a solution. Joe and his crew did an excellent job installing our motorized screens. He responds immediately to emails and texts. We plan on using him again for other projects.
