We used Otero for our Kitchen Remodel and cannot say enough good things about the entire team and the job they did. Trey (Project Manager) and Ashleigh (Designer) were phenomenal to work with, going above and beyond our initial expectations. The project was extremely organized from start to finish and, compared to other remodels we've done in the past with different contractors, Otero easily outclassed them all. Otero built me my dream home! I have to say, thinking of building a fully custom home was a bit intimidating, but the team made it a breeze. They were there from day 1, working with me to find a lot, design a floor plan, and pick all of the finishings. During the design they paid attention to how I would use the home, thinking about use and flow, all wrapped into the final design. Once I started picking finishes, the design team picked up my style and made the rest of the selections a breeze.
