Awful awful!!!! Bought a property where several elderly/disabled individuals live.. youngest is 69 oldest is 92. He raised the rent by almost 200 dollars and served them all with eviction notices because none of them are able to pay with their fixed incomes. Not willing to work with them or help them in any way. Some have lived there over 30 years… just a disgrace!

We worked with Russell Sabadosa as our agent. He helped us find the home we wanted for the price we wanted. He was diligent throughout. He is very knowledgeable, is eager to help and a pleasure to work with. He is a genuine​ person, straight talker, and extends kindness in all he does. We would highly recommend working with Russell.

I currently rent from this company. My apartment was condemned by code enforcement because my apartment was deemed inhabitable and a health risk to me and my family. I had to put my family of 4 in a hotel aswell as feed us because they refuse to do so for ten days until "repairs" were made.(law states it's their responsibility). When we returned to the apartment I had it tested for mold which was positive because my 7 year old was back and fourth with breathing issues that was due to mold inhalation. All of this is known to the property managers aswell as the landlord. These are ONLY 2 issues I am dealing with and I won't even go into the raw sewage in our basement. I will be taking them to court! They are ignorant and care nothing about their tenants or their children's safety. Fred basil
