On Friday the 9th my apartment flooded due to maintenance work done by the company in yhr unit above ours. They caused this, not us, and not even work in our own unit. The response from management has been absolutely unacceptable. It took until Monday for a manager to tell me, “we don’t handle that internally, you need to email corporate.” Mind you we obviously called maintence line and put a ticket in. 1. The maintence line is a call center outside of America. 2. The flooding was so bad that the only thing on staff maintenance did was help me move the last bit of my belongings when they got there. Which was 40+ mins later. There is no corporate phone number, no management number, and the entire weekend we were left in the dark. We kept getting told that "the carpet guy will come". That's

Where do I even start?? We moved in ten years ago and it was nothing short of fantastic! We had a doorman friendly office staff great size apartment for a great price with all utilities....over the last few years it started to go downhill and you could tell Morgan was trying to sweep it all under the rug and sell us but nobody was buying.....until premier came into the picture....now let me preface this with it's been going downhill for a few years but that last few months since premier took over have been nothing short of a nightmare! The water is shut off at least once a week if not more......barely have hot water anymore I no longer use any cold water to shower just the hot on blast and it's maybe warm I would say.....they close work orders without even coming to address the problem...t

I don’t have enough time to go thru everything that is wrong with this place… but I will try.. For basics… heat, water.. not a WEEK goes by that water is either shut off, the heat isn’t working or there is no warm water. Forget the AC in the summer, that consistently breaks! They expect you to continue to pay the rising rent yet the quality consistently goes down! I’ve had mold, the floors keep bubbling up and leaks. They use cheap products to fix it so it never is fully fixed and comes back. They expect you to be patient when they inconvenience you with water shut offs, etc and are no where to be found. They gaslight you constantly, DO NOT RENT HERE!

My girlfriend and I lived here for 10 years. In the beginning, it was actually nice. There was a greeter at the door, the office staff was friendly, and the property was owned by Morgan Properties at the time. Over the years, you could clearly tell the focus changed — they stopped caring about residents and only cared about the money. The office staff became rude, phone calls were handled poorly, and they constantly changed employees. Hot water was shut off often, so expect that. The central air system is outdated and constantly breaks down. A few years ago, we went the entire month of July — one of the hottest months — without central air. They gave residents one window unit with no rent credit, then later gave two units then the power kept going out. There is also a serious rodent prob

Over the past year, our apartment has had repeated water and moisture problems, including: • Indoor humidity consistently between 62 and 74 percent for months at a time • A shower valve malfunction that caused water to run nonstop for over a week and damaged the tub and walls (reported multiple times) • Multiple leaks from the unit above that caused damage to our ceiling • A ceiling leak in the building gym that was actively dripping into the carpet We documented everything with maintenance request emails, photos, and video. A dehumidifier was eventually provided, but only after months of escalation. The underlying moisture was never professionally remediated. After all of this, we asked management for a reasonable early move out. We offered to pay an extra month of rent, forfeit o
